We offer different levels of support designed for our different customers needs:

  • STANDARD SUPPORT
    The standard support service is designed specifically for smaller organizations with a less complex solutions and environments. The standard supports  allows access to the knowledge of our support engineers by telephone, email and the Web during business hours.
  • PREMIUM SUPPORT
    Our Premium Support is designed for customers with complex, highly distributed or customized environments that require a higher level of technical support focus. We provide support through a 24/7 guaranteed service-level agreement, continuous quality checks, support advisory, and advanced support for implementing enhancement packages to your E-Dea solution.
    The Premium Support service agreement provide customers with Dedicated Support Engineer (DSE) and with the managing of Customer Specific Test Environment in our facilities, which includes maintenance of your specific data  and retention of your solution builds for fast testing and patching.
  • SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
    E-Dea Software Maintenance Service (SMS) provides a cost-effective way to receive product updates and bug fixes for all our products, helping you to maximize your software investment.
